Property Management Fee Schedule

The primary professional fees charged by Coventry Glen Realty for property management services include 6% of the scheduled rental income and one half of the first month’s lease for initiation of each new lease with a $250.- fee for completion of existing lease renewals. 

Additional fees may be charged to the property owner for additional services for other specific services; as those supplemental services are needed and authorized by the property owner.
